Joe Quattrucci
Owner/Partner
Oversees all projects through his project manager and project coordinator. Joe has 21 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. He doesn’t sleep at night unless the job us done right!
As an owner of a Design, Build, Renovation company, Joe has a very simple philosophy, minimize any client headaches and maximize their investment returns on projects he undertakes. Joe started Turn Key Renovations in Calgary in 2007 as a natural spinoff from his earlier days of working in various construction jobs, including new homes. He also volunteers on the Calgary BILD Renovation committee which provides insight knowledge on new build rules and city code updates.
Roberto Barone
Project Manager
Roberto has 20 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. He offers a unique perspective inspired by his training in Europe. He is very detail-oriented, customer-focused and has a great sense of Italian humor. Not only is he passionate about his work, but he is a proud husband and father to 2 amazing children.
Roberto is an integral part of our Turn Key Team, and he continuously exceeds expectations by adding his knowledge into the team.
Christina
Office & Project Coordinator
Christina has a plethora of experience with coordinating multi family and custom home construction. She is great at maintaining our office day-today, multi-tasking, and is amazing to deal with. Christina is an outgoing, friendly, fun-loving soul whose excellent communication skills and organizational abilities make our company proud. She is passionate and enthusiastic about the custom home build and construction industry. She demonstrates these qualities throughout her daily life at the office as well as in her hobbies outside of work. Christina is a trusted, caring and dedicated team member and she welcomes any challenge set before her with a smile!
Bill
Red Seal Carpenter
Bill has 19 years of experience in residential construction from framing to managing custom home builds. He is very methodical in his work and is easy to get along with. He has a ton of experience building homes and he places the client’s best interests at the forefront of his decision-making. He loves spending time with his dog Eva, is quite outdoorsy, enjoys camping, dirt biking, hiking, target shooting and is a dedicated team member.
Chris
Site Carpenter
Chris has 18 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. He brings well-rounded knowledge of different construction systems to our team and provides great customer service. He’s extremely proud of his university-bound son and likes spending time with his friends and family and Tank – our site dog!
