Joe Quattrucci
Owner/Partner
Joe Quattrucci is the Owner and Partner of Turn Key Homes & Renovations. He oversees company projects through the project manager and project coordinator and brings 21 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. Joe founded Turn Key Renovations in Calgary in 2007 after working in various construction roles, including new home construction. His approach focuses on minimising client headaches and maximising investment returns on renovation and construction projects. Joe also volunteers on the Calgary BILD Renovation Committee, where he gains insight into new build rules and city code updates.
Roberto Barone
Project Manager
Roberto Barone is a Project Manager at Turn Key Homes & Renovations with 20 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. His European training gives him a distinct perspective on construction and project management. Roberto brings a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach to his work and contributes his construction knowledge to the Turn Key team. His passion for construction supports his commitment to delivering a positive client experience. Roberto is also a dedicated husband and father of two children.
Barry
Site Supervisor
Barry is a Calgary based construction expert and Site Supervisor with more than 26 years of industry experience. His background includes carpentry, framing, and supervisory and leadership roles across major residential, commercial, and multi family projects. Barry founded and operated his own contracting company for 15 years before joining Turn Key Homes & Renovations. He brings his hands on construction skills, craftsmanship, and project leadership to the Turn Key team while maintaining a client focused approach to his work.
Chris
Site Carpenter
Chris is a Site Carpenter at Turn Key Homes & Renovations with 18 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. He brings broad knowledge of different construction systems to the team and applies that experience to his work on site. Chris also provides customer service as part of his role, supporting the client-focused approach of the Turn Key team. Outside of construction, Chris enjoys spending time with his friends and family and with Tank, the company’s site dog. He is also proud of his university-bound son.
Bill
Red Seal Carpenter
Bill is a Red Seal Carpenter with 19 years of experience in residential construction. His experience covers residential work from framing through managing custom home builds. Bill takes a methodical approach to his work and places the client’s best interests at the forefront of his decisions. His extensive experience building homes supports the craftsmanship he brings to the Turn Key team. Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his dog Eva and takes part in camping, dirt biking, hiking, target shooting, and other outdoor activities
Taegan
Office Manager
Taegan is the Office Manager at Turn Key Homes & Renovations and brings more than 7 years of administrative experience to the role. Her background includes both commercial and residential construction, giving her practical knowledge of the industry’s fast-paced demands. Taegan manages day-to-day office operations and supports a smooth experience for clients and staff. Her strengths include customer service, organisation, and maintaining a positive office environment. She also actively develops her skills and takes on new challenges as a dependable member of the Turn Key team.
