How We Build Custom Homes
Completing a comprehensive analysis that includes the shape and size of your lot, site lines, positioning in the neighborhood, sun exposure, applicable architectural guidelines, permits, and vitally, your input, we will determine the breadth of the project at hand. With important emphasis on the design component, we will not rush to complete your home, but with attention to detail will steadily reach its completion. Elaborate blueprints will put your vision onto paper, thoughtfully developed by our architectural designers. Next, Turn Key’s project managers will have affirmed the pricing for materials and work. This step occurs prior to construction to eradicate unexpected fees. Lastly, with our extensive planning, the building phase can proceed quickly and smoothly, with the help of our in-house contractors and cabinet manufacturers.

Yes! We have extensive knowledge in all aspects of building a home since 2000.
There is approx 3-4 months of Architectural and Design time. Construction time can vary but bank on 9 – 15 months.

Coverage for defects in the system of components that separate the conditioned space from unconditioned space (roof, exterior walls). - 10 Years Structural
